I been seeing this one thread then after this op post. I realize that it might a Halo 2 Magnum recinarated. From this op post he said it might have a higher rate of fire. And has no smart link making it almost like a Halo 2 Magnum.
That would be cool.
Plus the Gun fighter and the Halo 2 Magnum look so similar. They both have iron sights. They both dont have that bottom attachment on like the Halo 5 Magnum.

They don’t look all that similar, truthfully. The Gunfighter has more resemblance to a modern day handgun then it does to the Halo 2 magnum.

Well not fully similar but have some remseblances.
I hope it’s not,that would be a huge let down for me and it is the worst pistol from all the pistols.I’m really looking forward to this pistol and I’m going to have it replacing my magnum extended mag.
So then the worst pistol is coming to H5? Doubt it.

I feel like H3 magnum was worse. It was just so clunky and very slow RoF.
But yeah the H2 pistol was crap unless you duel-wield.
OT: It’s supposed to be Buck’s pistol I believe. The Whispered Truth without a silencer.

I think I’ll stick with mine since I have the 343 mag which has solid gold magazine

I remember actually being able to kill people with the H3 pistol. Could be wrong.
It isn’t Buck’s pistol. Buck doesn’t even HAVE a specific pistol, he just picked up a random pistol for 1 second and everyone thinks it’s his.
Every magnum needs to be the H2 magnum

Worse than the slow and low damage halo 3 magnum? At least the Halo 2 magnum was the fastest to fire
It’s totally a 9mm. When you press the Smart Link button, it just turns the gun sideways.

Not really. Like OP said, Faster rate of fire an reduced damage. Maybe it’s for the people who think that teh pistol is too op
The Gunfighter is literally just the Halo 5 pistol without the extra attachments. It’s not the Halo 2 pistol in any way, shape, or form.
