I have a few questions about the guardians

  1. is there only one or are there multiple. If there are multiple is there anything unique about each one?
  2. are they related to the “guardians” from halo 3? (E.g the mines on sand trap)
  3. will they be boss fights. If unknown, would you like them to be bosses?
  4. is there any known reason right now why blue team is helping chief get to the guardian

  4. Because Cortana told Chief to get to it. And Blue Team is the ultimate Bro Team, so they follow him.

  1. I think there’s multiple but I don’t remember the source. I might be wrong.
    2)I don’t think they have direct connection in canon but who knows…
  2. They are huge. If they’re bosses you really need something powerfull like Halo Combat evolved pistol or perhaps we could controll a guardian. Guardians fighting guardians would be epic.
    4)Probably for same reasons Chief is. Their reasons are unknown at the moment.

2)nope. that is just to prevent players from exiting the map. (you should be knowing that right???)
3&4) we have to wait for the game to be released

3. If bosses most likely quick time events unless they do some megaman -Yoink- and Lockes team destroys piece by piece of the guardian and yes
4.Well if you the read the recent books and knowing its Johns teammates they might be interested in using them against ODSTs and the attacks on the outer worlds to be used as “Guardians”.

Infinite ammo rockets
controlling a scarab or guardian
Nuking them from the inside

the chances of these happening are slim but it would be -Yoinking!- awesome and insane if we could

  1. There are Multiple and from what we’ve seen at least 2 appear in the campaign.
  2. No, they are based off the Guardian sentinel a deleted enemy.
  3. They are the size of a starship so I’m not sure how a boss fight would work.
  4. Because they’re blue team. read the books if you don’t know who they are.

Why would they be fighting the ODSTs?
