"The Guardians Are Coming" Achievement Bugged

Trying to unlock “The Guardians Are Coming” (Get killed by the Guardians) achievement in MCC and it won’t pop.

I’ve tried getting hit by the train in Terminal and shooting the ground with the Scarab skull dozens of times and it won’t unlock.

I’m not sure if it’s only this achievement that’s bugged or if I’m the only one with a problem.

Edit: apparently it was a problem with my VPN

Try loading up the Halo 3 map sandtrap and walk out of bounds. Guardians should kill you and pop the achievement

Just tried five times and nothing.

I turned off my VPN and upon restarting the client 11 achievements unlocked including that one.
