Look at your remote. There are two buttons that can fix this; one is a little downward arrow under the word ‘Volume’ and the other is a button marked ‘Mute.’ If you hit either of those the problem goes away. Personally, I like the goblin’s lines. It sounds like someone who has been powerless their entire life who has just been given super powers.
It’s very funny though, but I agree.

My problem isn’t that he’s too loud, it’s that he yells too often. It feels like he bellows something out every 5 seconds.

I consider it a problem when I have to adjust my volume for one specific enemy in the whole game.
He’s so damn loud that when I adjust my volume accordingly, I can’t hear callouts or other important alerts.
I don’t play Halo to also play a side game of remotesies; one volume setting should work regardless of the situation, just like it did before the Goblin popped up.
It’s like the Grunt is speaking into a megaphone.
A deadly, deadly megaphone.
I love it.
I absolutely love the Jockey. He doesn’t hurt my ears, it might be your headset.
