The god damn pistol!

This game is a completely different game to halo 2/3. You shouldn’t be able to start with powerful precision weapon like the pistol.

Ive heard peoples argument is that they wouldnt be able to kill people who have BR and powerweapons. You could! This game gives you the manoeuvrability to get up close to the enemy with an AR and grenades, and take their weapons. And the the reduced radar would actually have a reason to be there.

the only time i feel you would find it hard to stop getting killed by the team with all the weapons is if teams are seriously unbalanced and if so, they have a right to be destroying you.

If you’re able to get up close to a person with a BR so you can take them out with an AR, then you’re playing pretty dang bad people.
You have thrusters and grenades, but so do they

Pistol is fine in the game. I love using it and outgunning BR users. Be grateful this isn’t the god pistol from halo ce

I love the pistol, but I always swap it out for a BR or DMR if I get the chance. It’s great how a new spawn player is not just cannon fodder to the more powerful weapons. I wouldn’t change a thing.

You had BRs in Halo 2/3 and those were powerful precision weapons. I’m not quite seeing your point about the pistol. Everyone has one, so everyone is on even footing.

Oh and yeah Halo 5 is different from H2/H3.

Oh I do too I loved that gun. It is actually coming back as a mythic gun in warzone.

I just always mention it because people complain that the pistol is OP in this game. Makes me wonder if they ever played Halo CE multiplayer before…

Same. It is perfectly fine as is and doesn’t need to be nerfed. Quite frankly this is the best weapon balance I’ve seen in Halo in a very long time.
