We had a few, or should I say a lot of inactive members recently that we removed from our company. The reason being we based our removal system on playtime and the current requirement not to be removed is to get and average of 4 hours weekly over the course of 4 weeks.
What it means is you can get 2h, 6h, 2h, 6h = 4 hours average
What it means is you can get 8h, 4h, 0h 4h = 4 hours average
But be aware that we use a formula to notice inconsistent pattern so if you get 20h, 0h, 0h, 0h = 5 hours average chances are that you will get remove.
This sounds like a harsh system, but it is not. We are a really friendly company with lot of good members. We use Line to communicate on a day-to-day basis on everything but Halo. This has made our company more of a community where we can share different opinion on different subject and get to know each other.
