Im seeing few head scratching stats. I.e. played a guy who was level 23 had all the stances unlocked had only like 300 something kills… Modd? If so when does the ban hammer come down on those who modded thier stats?
On a side note glad to see the halo 4 gameplay going back up. Noticed a few tweeks, finally glad to be back. 
I’ve seen someone who was a SR-36 with no campaign or SpOps games. He only had 176 kills in war games.

Probably a booster, or just got a lot of pointless medals.
Thats just simple boosting from how it sounds, and should be banned quickly since for example, there is no way someone will get 15+ assassinations in a game on a average basis by legitimate gameplay.Not that ive seen anyway.
Boosting is very easy to do in Halo 4, and lazy people are taking advantage.
To be honest, i’d rather mod my stats then have to do commendations I have no interest in for some armor i’d like.
Actually, getting Venator legit has pretty much made me quit MM. Maybe they should add alternatives to getting armor to Spartan Ops.
I do want to point out that it is possible to rank up and unlock stuff offline via customs and it wont show on your online stats
