The Ghost Has Too Much Aim Assist

I’m not saying this is a big problem by any means, but has anyone noticed that the Ghost still has aim assist while boosting (possibly more than when actually using its guns)? I’ve found that this makes it much more difficult to line up consecutive splatters, because the ghost locking to one enemy will often make me miss the one next to them. It’s not a large complaint, just something I thought I’d bring up.

Thoughts?

Not really aim assist but it it can shoot up to high on the Y-axis

it’s not a big deal considering everyone runs around with plasma grenade/plasma pistol.

Pretty much every weapon in the game has too much aim-assist.

I noticed that too, but that’s a good addition imo, probably to take out jetpacking hijackers. My problem is that the ghost will basically lock to the enemy you’re facing making it hard to pull a wide turn and consecutively splatter his teammates.

The Ghost is OP!!!

Seriously, though, I’ve never really noticed before. Maybe I just don’t use the Ghost enough.

343i should just revert the functionality of the Ghost to exactly how it was in Halo 2. However, the Halo 4 Ghost’s appearance is very appealing. I love the beautiful shiny dark blue colour! Of course, the horrible audio should also be reverted to its Halo 2 version.

It gets pretty noticeable playing Dominion on Exile, try it out. It’s not some huge issue, but I think you’ll see what I mean.

I just hate it when people just dont even attempt to splatter, drive up, hold down the non overheating turret and just pelt you down. And you may say that you may get plasma’d, but its when people dont even try to run another over. Comeon people, theres no more armor lock…

Is the same case in Halo 3, probably Reach too.

It’s like the rocket launcher. Why does something with supreme accuracy need so much?
