343 have done something very smart
They’ve created a game for a new generation of halo fans = the n00bs.
the game is more cartoonish than anything i’ve ever played. i almost laughed today when i hopped on CODMW3 to see the prestine graphics, compared to cartoon-star wars like graphics on halo 4.
and it just came to me
343 created this game for kids - they know the kids are the future - not old time gamers like us.
thats the only logical thing i can think of to explain why the game is so KID LIKE.
preferred customers = americans.
343 dont care about the rest of the world = the crappy multiplayer has proven it.
I feel like you could have made a good thread about Halo 4’s target market and how the game has evolved to fit such an ever changing criteria, but you blew it.
ive played all the cods. most of them on pc or ps3 and if you think cod has “pristine graphics” you my friend need some glasses. im not trying to be a jerk about it. but seriously. did you even see the prologue??? that was an incredible scene in 1080p on an LED tv. trust me its the most realistic person ive ever seen in a video game before.

There are 5 high quality images from both games, and Halo 4 has much smoother textures and models, as well as a better quality lighting system.
Even the backgrounds in Halo 4 continue to stay sharp, but Black Ops 2 backgrounds look like crap.
Halo 4 may have many problems, but the graphics are some of the best I have seen on 7th gen consoles.
I have been playing Halo since Halo 2, so I have seen classic Halo (like a lot of people).
