It seems like this Halo will be very different to any other Halo. It seems more difficult and confusing. With all the loadouts and stuff. I’m a classic gamer. I don’t like to make my own perks and stuff because I am absolutely not good at it
I know a lot of you think like me, but in my mind, I’m thinking; what the hell does it matter? Just give me a BR/DMR/Sniper and I’ll just kick the -Yoink- out of anyone. I wanna know how you guy’s think about the updated Halo.
Haha, kick the Yoink!
I think it allows people to be more tactical, and breathes a sort of smarter combat. You can’t just run around with a DMR or a BR and kill everybody who stands in your way in anymore, you’re going to have to think.

I’ve allway’s been able to run an’ kill anything. I am more of a Halo 3 fan. I am a Nova on Reach, but that’s just because I simply keep playing the newest Halo for the sake of being Halo. I think the Halo 3 fans let down by Reach deserve a bit of familiarity in Halo 4
Looks and plays the same as any other Halo. Just has more stuff I need to be aware of.

Agreed. But, say I had a DMR, and a guy with an AR was coming close to me; AR user would now win. Different weapons now properly fulfill different roles. Depends what kind of play style you prefer.
I like to sneak around a lot, so I’ll probably use Camo with say, Wetworks and a DMR. It allows people to play how they want to play, which is definitely not a bad thing.
I like it, there is a lot more personal custimization, you can adapt to your playstyle.
But its all well balanced so they are simple playstyle enhancements. If you are a driver, you can use a mod that makes your driving more efficient.
I really like it, all the differences that people will have, it’ll be pretty surprising as to what going to happen every game instead of the same stuff happening every game.

Well being a Nova on Reach means you played quite a bit and with that you picked up how AAs and how Reach worked in general.
So like the rest of us you’re going to have to just adjust to Halo 4’s learning curve like any new Halo or video game in general. You’ll be fine.
Just because you have loadouts now doesn’t mean you have a smarter gameplay just look at halo 3 MLG games, they tend to think out what they do instead of running and gunning. Halo reach you were able to choose your loadouts and perks and that didn’t really inspire smarter gameplay what so ever.

Yeah, I’m not really worried about it. I just miss the classic Halo experience. Of course, I realize that it can’t be the same every game, because it would be another CoD then. But still… y’know?
We’re gonna have to think like Batman, set traps and move on.
Anyone found the Batman Tactic with Ordnance Drops yet?

Yes it does. It creates so many advanced team tactics that players can use in matchmaking.

Indeed. I just wanna shoot an’ kill, not think. I’ll think when I’m at school, not when playing a game
OP, all you have to do for your custom loadouts is select your starting weapons, grenades, AA, Tactical Package and Support Upgrade from a list of options. What’s so confusing about that? Seems pretty simple to me.
