There are a couple of ramp slides. One of them gives you the super slide that was similar to Halo 5s before it got patched . The super slide is not as crazy this time around.
Preform a super slide and then crouch jump to a ledge and if you hit the slide right you will super slide again because of the momentum. I’m trying to get a third slide in after i land the second one
I know my stuff man. I studied Halo trick jumps for a very long time
So what are you talking about then. If you watched the videos you would be able to explain in great detail what jumps I don’t know. But you can’t . I shouldn’t have to watch a video. You should be able to explain like I’m doing. I don’t need videos to explain Halo trick jumps
This was the case in Reach, 4 and 5 when Sprint applied a 24%+ boost in speed depending on the game. But not Infinite where you only get a 4% boost in speed so the maps were made to bring you in closer, not stretched out to compensate.
You’re now using arguments used successfully against your arguments but in an overtly false and dishonest way? This is just sad.
Which is why maps are smaller in Infinite and not larger like in Halo 5. Contradicting your entire last point.
You point out one hybrid map that has both open sight lanes and close encounter areas but is heavily restricted in pathing choices to do what exactly?
You talk about how awful it is to use movement combos in Infinite, how great movement combos were in Halo 5, yet now trash movement combos again because they aren’t classic enough.
Make up your flippin mind.
Then stop, it’s not necessary to execute complex movement combos and trick jumps to play this well.
Nor is it torturing yourself by playing something you clearly do not enjoy at all a healthy path to keep following.
If you don’t enjoy the game, stop forcing yourself to play it.
You don’t have any monetary stake, you don’t have anyone holding a gun to your head making you play it. Uninstall and go enjoy something you know you’ll enjoy. And in the process stop making posts that are blatantly dishonest, overtly contradictory and are just around to bait for attention.
After you misunderstood, I went back and quoted myself to save you sifting through and so you could understand again.
Now with the modern technology of just closing your browser and opening YouTube, you could watch a 2 video which would show you there is a lot more movement that you definitely do not know about.
You struggle to follow basic instructions, so there is no chance you’ve mastered these.
Not only that I’m already doing some of them in my basic gameplay movement. Some require a bit more fine tuning in my end but I know them and can do them
I thought I was going to be impressed to be honest
If anything it felt like I was watching a gimped halo 5
From what I’ve read around the forums it’s 8%, not 4%. Just FYI. Unless you know something they don’t? I didn’t test it myself, so I’m just going off of what I’ve read around here.
Respond to my retort, I’ve already responded to your unsummarized points. I don’t need to start at new points summarized to go after your contradictory and dishonest original post.
Because you’re subjecting yourself to completely unneeded frustration and dissatisfaction.
I don’t play League of Legends because I know I’ll hate it. Why would I go play League of Legends if I know I’ll hate it? I don’t play CSGO anymore because after thousands of hours, I’m bored of it, so I uninstalled it. Sometimes I’ll install it because a friend needs a 5th man, hop in a game once every several months to fill a spot on that friend’s stack, then immediately get reminded of why I stopped playing it and then proceed to uninstall it again.
You’re your own worst enemy here bud. Stop forcing yourself to play something you hate.
I didn’t test it myself either, but you’re the first person that’s suggested 8% that I’ve seen.
4% is what I’ve seen on Reddit and even then it’s not being spread around much at all.
Regardless it’s not all that significant compared to previous iterations of sprint. So much so that maps are much generally smaller in comparison as well.
If you look at other games, the same can be true. I say most people don’t like the newest game of most game series because it’s different. I heard that people nowadays like Battlefield 5 even though at launch everybody hated it. Now that Battlefiled 2042 is out people say it was a great game (maybe not to the extent that it was the pinnacle of the series though).
You watched 25 minutes worth of videos in 5 minutes
Can you even operate YouTube?
I never said I had grand knowledge - I said you don’t
You can’t do the majority of those jumps in H5 without thrust.
Any jump in halo 5 can be taught in 5 minutes - i taught my wife all the possible jumps in H5 when she was drunk and she’s never played it before.
Don’t believe me - go onto my map ‘BoxBot’ in H5 - it taught her the jumps as a test.
I’m done talking to you volt, I only wanted to post once to shut you up and I felt sorry for you because of the first few messages you received so I was trying to diffuse the situation.
Honestly, you’re in here everyday saying the same stuff.
Just stop lying and listen to the 200 posts today alone - you’re wrong.
