Soooo i have quite a lot of things, big and small, that I definitely think need some improvements. And the list is still growing. I find new things every time i play the game. I know it’s a beta but some of these problems should not even exist in a beta.

Battlepass/customization:
this is probably the most requested thing that players want changed so I won’t go too much into detail about it. Just get rid of the armor cores and color palettes and just let us customize the way we want, you know, like in all the other halo games? -
Weapon tuning for almost all weapons:
I think literally all weapons need a buff to them except the assault rifle. Either to their damage, clip, or even headshot registration. I have had trouble finishing off enemies so many times because i would not be able to get the final headshot even though my reticle was on their head. I even took clips so i could go back and check how i didn’t kill them and i still get confused as to how they did not die. Other weapons like the hydra need to be buffed to damage. Shock rifle is weird, a sniper that does 3 body shots, 1 headshot? I don’t know, just everything feels really weak and bad. I feel like every single weapon you need to be super super precise with hitting your shots. There has to be absolutely no room for error otherwise you die or the enemy has enough time to escape. -
The aim assist is horrible:
Aim assist feel weak for controller players. It also feels completely non-existent when aimed down the sights with the sniper. -
Flag/Oddball hits should be one hit:
If the developers are getting so many complaints about it that they needed to make a statement as to why they think its better the way it is now, wouldn’t you think they’d be like, “hmm, the players want it this way, we should stay true to how the oddball/flag hits use to be.” but no, they’re just like, “lol this is our game, our rules.” -
3-2-1 countdown shouldn’t be delayed, it’s annoying
Simple thing that i found annoying about the countdown timer when starting a playlist or whatever, why is it delayed? lol it’s really annoying. -
Toggle hold/press to bring up scoreboard
I’d rather just hold the select button to bring up the scoreboard for a quick 2 seconds or so instead of having to press to bring it up and press to turn it off. I haven’t found an option to toggle the scoreboard to press/hold so a simple option change would make it better. -
Menu music need to be more relaxing when customizing or whatever
when i am in the menu looking at the battlepass or just trying to customize my spartant/weapons or whatever, the music really gets all crazy loud and what not. I don’t know. I just feel like it doesn’t belong. I just need some calming music like there is in the MCC. I’m just trying to relax and do my stuff. -
Don’t need squads in BTB, or at least squad me with my fireteam
I don’t understand why there are squads in this game. It would make sense if you could spawn on your squad or something but that is not the case. It just doesn’t make sense in this game. If i have a fireteam of 5 who goes into BTB, only 3 of my friends are highlighted green. It would be better if i could see all 4 of my friends highlighted in green. Yeah squads make no sense to me. -
Double xp should not countdown while in menu
Again self explanatory, do I get xp in the menu? then why is my xp timer counter going down? It’s hard leveling up as it is already. -
Let me move my camera around when i die
It would be better if we could move around our camera when we die so we could call out to our teammates better about what is going on around where I died. -
Medals have no character to them. they are ugly and feel lazy.
Why are you guys changing the color of the medals? This is a complaint since halo 4. The multikill medals have been the same color from halo 2 to reach, why change them? I think the new colors are super ugly lol. I also got a running riot and rampage in one of my games and the medals are exactly the same thing except a rampage has one extra spiky thing coming out of the side. How lazy. -

If i die and want to go back to my body and retrieve my weapons, they are almost always gone. Why are they despawning so fast? I don’t remember other games doing that. -

Maybe I am living too much in the past with the old halo games and miss the things from that but i just think if you are making a game, you should try to make both audiences, newcomers and veterans, happy.
