The game keeps crashing every time I load it up I see a spinning circle on bottom left then it just crashes. I really wanna play the flight. I tried reinstalling and nothing works anyone else had the same issue!??
I’m having the same problem and I don’t know why. At least you’re not the only one.

I had the game installed on a different drive than what Steam was installed on (Steam on C:, Infinite installed on E:) and using steam to move the install folder to the C:\ drive has fixed the problem for me. Hopefully this might help you!
Same, trying to install it on another disc to see if it somehow fixes this problem.

Problem is I don’t have enough space on C:\ to install it
same issues for me
Mines the exact same way, I go on steam and press play about 20 seconds later it crashes. All that I see is a loading circle bottom left corner and thats it. No music no anything. Both steam and Halo Infinite are installed on C Drive which is all I have. At this point I have put a ticket in to see if the issue can be fixed. I put it in last night, no response. If anyone finds anything that fixes it let me know, until then im pretty much screwed at this point.
Out of interest what GPUs do you guys have? I have a 1070 and it crashes on startup for me and did in the last flight too. I’m really hoping that it’s not the same issue with some GPUs because it would be great to play this weekend
Getting the black screen of death!. Installed on game drive, wont work. Uninstalled then re installed on c drive, still not working. Im on a laptop with Ryzen 7 5800 and RTX 3060, is this affecting all nvidia gpu’s??? so disappointed and no official comments in forum…
Im running and Ryzen 7 5800x and a 3070. Again just black screen lower left corner loads no music no picture and then ends and send me back to desktop.
Check that your GPUs are updated to the latest firmware versions.

Clear up some space on C:\ if you can. Your PC will thank you.
RTX 3090 here, updated drivers, moved to C drive, still nothing.
Any fixes? Having the same issue here, NVIDIA 3060 GPU

when u say you moved the install folder to c do you mean you moved halo infinite back to the drive that steam is installed on once halo infinite is installed?
Turning off the overlay seems to solve the issue. Go to your settings in the GeForce Experience.

Not working at least for me
Anyone changed some of his hardware since you’ve uploaded you DxDiag? I had a 1660S when I submited my Dx and now I have a 2060S, may be part of the issue?
Update on mine. Mine showed that it done a small update about 5 mins ago. Instead of it being black screen with the loading circle in the bottom left corner, and staying a black screen for 30 sec to a min. It now opens and about 2 seconds later it crashes. So now its doing the same thing but its doing it much faster. I have tried everything from turning geforce overlays off to running it admin mode, uninstalling to reinstalling, restarting steam, moving it the same drive because i only have one drive anyways, ive done everything that everyone is saying and mine still doesn’t work and its worse now because it wont stay up for longer that 2-4 seconds and then it shuts down. I know its apart of the test flight and were getting the BS out of the way now instead of when the full release come’s out, yet its still annoying. If anyone has any other ideas or figures out away let me know.

If you have Discord open or any kind of similar software that can also sometimes cause issues. My buddy has to keep it closed in order to launch.
