The game just stole a lot of req points from me

I played 3 big team matches, when I started, I had 4800 req points. The first two games, I had used 2 legendary RP boosts, but I got the retrieving data error both games so the boosts didn’t have an effect postgame. I only got up to 6000 RP after that which is only one big team match worth of points. Then I played one more match using an ultra rare RP boost, and somehow it took me DOWN to 5355 RP?!?!?

343, I would greatly appreciate it if you would fix this and give me my boosts back or the RP that I should have gotten. It makes no sense that I would lose RP after using a boost.

Edit: It’s been a full day, and I have still yet to receive all of my lost RP. What’s going on with the req system?

Retrieving data = you will get your req points later. They are just delayed because of sync issues.

Agree with this person. give it sometimes. You will get them all. Otherwise post in Support, there might be someone that is encountering the same issue that you are.

Aye the req servers are -Yoinked!- at the minute for me. can play game no problem, but opening packs is broke, endless opening sound…

I’ve had two ‘retrieving data’ matches today. No reqs.

I always do a hard reset right after I get the first “retrieving data error”. It happened to me today after winning my very first warzone game and I had a boost and wanted to make sure I got my daily win pack… after the hard reset got them both when I went into the req packs.

I never got the points even a day later

Yea. It’s been a full day now and still no RP :frowning: In fact, it seems that every time I use a new boost, the same error occurs, so I can’t really use them at this point.

This usually works for me, if the points have not showed up. I noticed you have two DNF’s yesterday, is it possible that you did not finish the games? If you did not finish the games, for whatever reason, server disconnect, left, or whatever, you will loose the boost points. Other than that I am at a loss, as restarting the game, and or the console has always worked for me.
