When i play the campaing the voices of the characters they do not listen, and i check the configuration and the sound is activated, i did a lot of things to fix it but i cant do it, and i dont hear the voices, and i called to xbox support and they did not know what happend with my game, can somebody help me please?

Make sure if you’re using a surround sound setup that your center speaker is working properly. Many times vocal audio streams can be sent to the center speaker in a 5.1 surround setup. One easy way to check is switching your system audio to “Stereo” and see if the problem persists.
If that doesn’t work, you may be looking at a hard shutdown of the system, and then a reinstall if that doesn’t fix it.
