The game freezes a couple of minutes after it is started

I have a problem with running Halo infinite
platform: win10 pc xbox app
configuration: i5-7300HQ, GTX1060, 5400rpm HDD
issue: The game freezes either at the main menu, or at the game loading screen. The only way to get out of freeze is alt+f4
analysis: I opened task manager when the game was loading and before it freezes. cpu, ram and gpu are normal, while hdd running at only 0.1MB/s. Then I ran a disk check, nothing is wrong with my disk.
