The Game didn't work. Failure registration

Hello I have got a problem.
I bought Halo Spartan Assault and installed it. When I want to play it, at the registration, it says: “Allow access to their info”, when I klick on yes it says: “The Xbox is currently unavailable or network error has occurred. Check if the computer’t clock is set correctly, or try again later.”

Please help me, it was one of the rationale for me to buy a Windows 8 laptop.

This may sound odd but is your computer set to the time-zone/region that you’re living in?

Had the same issue… turned out my time zone wasn’t set properly.

yes I’m living in Germany and the time-zone/region is +1 Berlin and synchronized the time with time.windows.com.
but it didn’t work

I solved the problem the clock wasn’t set to change to Summertime automatically. Now it’s working.
