I was trying out a map with 4 stronghold bases and when you capture the 4th one the game just crashes. It returns you directly to xbox one home.
I had already captured 3, and then on the 4th capture it crashed. I was the only player because there is no way to add more players to custom games other than either buying a second xbox one with a second gold account or asking friends but none of them have an xbox one or gold.
