So a lot of people don’t wanna have ordinance or loadouts, but most of them knows that 343i will not take it out in halo 5. They can’t just take it out, its gonna create a lot of confusion for people who just played halo 4, and it’s don’t have any sense to take out a part of the game just because they’re people -Yoinking!- about it. They probably gonna try to fix it, make it work. So I have an idea to make it “work”:

we return to halo reach loadout style, the loadout are predefined but without AA

Sprint is default for all players, and if you try to escape from someone shooting you the damage will be increased by 3% or higher

the ordinance should not drop any powerful weapon( they will be on maps like all halo’s,exept halo 4) just:
+50% of ammo for all your weapon;
OR
an AA like overshield, damage boost, speed boost, invisibility,thruster pack,hologram, autosentry. And the more useful tactical package should become an AA. The AA will be divided in class. They need to distinguish them by this categories:
1)Useful to defend your self, like overshield ecc…
2)tactical advandage like camo,jetpack, or promethean vision ecc
3) the powerful one to attack like damage boost, speed bost ecc
When you will get enough kill for an ordinace you will have all the option on d-pad, the one you can “afford” and the one you can’t. For example for the +50% ammo you will need 7 cosecutive kill, for a defense AA you will need less than for an attack one or an tactical one.
A lot of what i say certanlly will need tweaking, is just an idea
