Will Nameplates come back in halo 4?
and can we toggle Reach Nameplates again at some point?

Nope, the UI doesn’t look like it supports them and we’ve heard nothing of them.

As for Reach nameplates, it is still the same answer as it was in March, they have no plans to bring support for them back.

I would like to see something like Bungie all stars (star Nameplates) in Halo 4
they were hard to get and unique.
