I really like where we’re headed so far. Adding forge playlists for small 4v4 is a good start, but we need to get involved in more than just slayer. There are many different gametypes and maps that would be great for matchmaking such as new flood maps, or maybe bringing in a community action sack. One thing I want to ask 343 is if they could pay attention to what people use during community custom game nights from Waypoint because that is usually a good source of really good maps, gametypes, etc. and it is also easy for people to come forward and show off what they have made. Also I would like to know if 343 still has the Community Cartographers, the people who pay attention to popular maps and pass them along to 343(or formerly Bungie) for testing. We need to get the community more involved in matchmaking.

I agree, we kind of had the same problem in Reach. I feel like flood/infection isn’t any good unless there are maps tailored to it. Base slayer maps don’t fit it very well.
