As a Competitive kind of girl myself, I find it Hilarious that “competitive” players (Like me) cry, whine, and complain more than the angriest Non-Competitive “AKA Casual”. And Casuals are as quiet as a mouse no matter what happens. Isn’t funny how the most fun people to have around you in life are the carefree, laid back, party animals who care more about fun than balance. Life would suck if everyone was all Serious Stiff Suits talking calculation’s, business, all day. And the negative energy brought upon by Competitives is… Not healthy.
343 says: “5 Shot Kill BR.”
Competitive’s say: “NOOO! DAMN IT! CURSE YOU 343! HALO 4 SUCKS! I’M NOT BUYING IT! I’M GOING TO THE MORE SUPERIOR GAME! COD!”
Casuals/Non-Competitive’s say: “Who cares. As long as the game is still better than most other game’s out there and more fun than the previous halo, they can make it a 6 shot kill…”
(And don’t say “Oh well competitive only complain more because we care! We care enough to state our opinions!” WRONG. Non-Competitive/casuals DO care, they just don’t show it. And they would rather not complain about something because they know it wont make a difference.
I For one DO want a 4 shot kill BR and Carbine. But 343 said no, so… What can i say? It’s a no end of story. I will have to find something else to complain about instead i guess… Right?
P.S oh and COD stands for “Children’s Online Daycare” LOL!

UPDATE: Oh and for those who say the reason I brought up the fact that i was a girl, was so i could get special treatment. That’s incorrect. In fact why would I even mention my gender in the first place if I knew I was going to get harassed about it? Wouldn’t it have been more wise to just “blend” in with the crowd and not say anything? Second, the point of this thread is that “I” find it funny how Competitive gamer’s (such as myself) complain and mope and whine like cranky spoiled little brats, while the Casuals are nice and calm and mature. Third, Remember this is all my “OPINION”. But I say “We competitives” because I myself am competitive and I complain a lot about things. Or as men call it. Nagging. And remember how I said Non-Competitive care but don’t show it. They secretly WANT balance and competitive game-play, but they don’t straight out ask for it. They let the Competitive players ask instead. And if you still think Casuals don’t care. Then if they made the game competitive then the casuals wouldn’t care. Right? So you can still politely ask for balance but don’t Demand or try to force 343 to make halo 4 how you say by begging. And lastly Please please PLEASE remember… IF YOU HAVE NOTHING NICE TO SAY PLEASE DON’T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL! Thank you, be nice now boys.
OP is a girl? I got to “Player’s” and realized the OP is clearly not intelligent enough to punctuate properly, therefore the thread wouldn’t be worth the read.

Competitive players do complain because they care though. They care that halo is being ruined and becoming less competitive. Casual players don’t care because they’re just happy with anything and will just say that anything 343 does is great. They don’t understand how stuff like sprint, instant respawn, random weapon drops, jetpacks and promethian vision ruin competitive gameplay.

As much as I agree with OP, this is true.
But there is something most of you don’t get.
Something that isn’t whining =/= What Waypoint does.

This right here is why I hate most form posters on this form. Please explain to me how someone being a female immediatly makes her opinion invauld. I sure hope you don’t have a girl friend because I would hate for her to be discrimiated for being a different -Yoink!- then you are. Back on topic I would have to agree that the competitive players complain way to much but you also have to remember that not everyone fits this critirea
There are other factors in play though, no? Carbine, for example, has a faster kill time than the BR but must reload more often due to requiring more shots for that kill, and as a result it is limited by the number of kills per magazine (someone who played it mentions you can’t really get more than one kill per reload… not sure if it’s true because I haven’t analyzed the videos the way others have). BR as it stands can get 2 kills before reload, and that’s assuming the shots all land.
I have no idea about the DMR though. Anyone know about that one?

Don’t mistake imperfection as a “non intelligent being”.
There are nicer ways to tell me i made a typo (Which I’m sure you’ve made at least ONCE in your life too).
And i thought you were a gentleman until i saw how you talk to ladies and how you treat your fellow Halo fans and Community member…
And hey about the colors… Is this better now? Why are they pointless? They are the closest color to pink. Why would 343 even have blinding color’s in the first place if they are not meant to be used?
competitive players care about winning, if something is blocking them from succeeding the blame it on the game when most of the time its there own lack of knowledge and skill that is truely at fault.
Ok, here’s the deal.
I respect all members of the community, no matter of their gender or play style. Everybody deserves respect, and just because you’re not competitive, or not a certain gender, or something silly like that, you still deserve respect.

i agree with the op and neo kaisers post i think im going to refer to myself as caspetitive so i dont get stereotyped into a complaining competitor or careless casual
