Isn’t it possible to get them in the Warthog? I could have sworn it was. How do you do it? No matter how much I sit there (Even when there are no enemies around) they just wont get in!
Oh and of course that’s assuming they leave the tower. If they don’t I have to try for ten minutes to get the Warthog up top, which again does nothing to get them in.

Its annoying because the only marine that gets in a vehicle is the one that comes with the drop. I was pushing the other ones off the citadel, but they just arent programmed to go in a car.

That sucks.
i just played it and i couldnt even get on top of the base to get to them but it didnt help that i was on legendary by myself on classic eaither.

Just keep going. eventually you will hear the guy say “weapons drop” and a pelican comes in and (may or may not) drop a warthog and a trooper.
I always give the trooper the rocket launcher, put a friend in the gunner seat, and go on a road rage. You’d be amazed how many splatters you can get if you have a warthog during reinforcements.
