I highly recommend joining an existing company. You can find one in the Recruiting forums or in the list of Spartan Companies.
Halo 5 is an old game and you guys have not completed any of the kill commendations to level 1 yet. It will be hard to find a dedicated group of 75-100 players to grind the full set of requirements.
