The forgotten weapon of halo

Halo had some fantastic weapons, though not all those weapons carry on with us.

With infinite drawing close, I’d like to just remember some of my favourite weapons from the series and slightly hope we might see them again.

At the top of this list is the. Needle rifle, I loved this gun and whenever I saw it I would pick it up in a heartbeat. The gun obviously replace the carbine for reach, and when the carbine was re added, the gun faded away. But with the pulse carbine seemingly replacing the carbine in infinite (I think) I believe this is the perfect time to reintroduce the needler bigger brother for that fast firing high damage range weapon

I agree, I think the needler and needle rifle are two of my favorite weapons in Halo, and I would love to see them in Infinite.

Dude the Needle rifle would just rip people in half! Anytime I came across It would grab it right away! Love that baby!

The Needle Rifle was the go two weapon in Reach. Love watching people explode into a pink mist

yea needler rifle felt so good to use especially after title update in reach

In social, I will sometimes pick up that gun if I’m startin to struggle w Reach DMR bloom. Pacing your shots with that gun is so much better than DMR pace. But that’s only if i’m not warmed up or I’m not havin a good day.

In my opinion the Sticky Detonator deserves a return, it was such an enjoyable weapon to use.

I was just thinking about this gun the other day when playing H5. Hopefully it will be in infinite / 6.

Definitely! I think with the new equipment it could be awesome! Especially using that deflect pulse and sticking them back

I was also. Playing halo 5 when I thought about it lol.

Nothing can quite beat that supercombine feeling

Man I miss the days when my friends and I would screw around with the sticky detonator. That weapon was fun as hell.

Loved using that but yeah talk about a forgotten gun,almost totally forgot that exsisted

How about we get an FPS version of the Halo Wars 1 gravity hammer w/ its special ability…

I remember in Halo 5 there was a variant of the Carbine which was essentially a rapid fire Needle Rifle and I loved it to death. It definitely should return in some form. Same with the Sticky Detonator from Halo 4.
