I sort of figured that FOTUS has to do with forerunner somehow seeing as everything they get in that edition is forerunner related. But I don’t think those 2 helmets are the same…

I wouldn’t be surprised if the LE and console goodies became DLC but the vendor exclusives don’t.

to be honest i have no idea, that was based off of what ive heard, some say 343 said that, some say they didnt, so to be honest idk anymore,

one day it is, one day it isnt, then again if 343 would just clairify…
