Secondly, this isn’t the first halo not to include the flood. (yes odst counts),plus the flood isn’t that great anyway.

Huh, well with that I officially have no idea what is in store for us in the campaign. I’m also done trying to guess! I’ll just sit back and enjoy the ride.

Not surprised,but a bit…Disappointed. Although seeing as H4 will focus on MC & Cortana the Flood wouldn’t be a major factor in it,so no need to include them in H4.
I would look forward to encountering them again to fight sometime in the future though.

It has to be Faber & the Builder Class Forerunners now. The Flood & Covenant were our biggest guesses,while Covenant is confirmed,they aren’t the main enemy.

The best guess for the ancient evil at the moment is either Precursors themselves or someone working under them. I would hate to see the Forerunners as the enemy, they are neither a “dark new threat” nor an “ancient evil” and they don’t have that vibe to them. I’m sure they’ll be somewhere in the game, though, all evidence points to that. I just hope they won’t be the new enemy…

Awww… I’m really disappointed by that. I know lots of people don’t like the Flood, but I really do. I wish they could still be in the game…

The Forerunners did go to war with humanity. They could do it again…
Maybe the Forerunners secretly created a genetic life form to fight the flood (apart from the sentinels).
Wow. No flood in Halo 4? They were a pretty amazing enemy. The mission ‘Cortana’ is still one of those missions that never get old. I do wish to see an enemy of the same character and possibly difficulty though?
