oKAY SO I JUST BEAT halo anniverasy and the last level the maw there is the tenth termail were 343 gs says there ancient enemy has been released again. See the connection? the flood was released in the game so is that halo4 ancient enemy.

No problem, happy to help. 
Guilty Spark is either talking about the Flood or the humans (proabably the Flood).
Unless the releasing of the Flood released something even worse as well, something we didn’t know about. As in the Didact’s symbol that flashed before the screen as the ring exploded. But Spark probably would have noticed, and did something to deal with it. Unless he thought the ring’s destruction destroyed this new enemy. Of course, this is only speculation. Don’t take what I said as truth or canon.

Most probably humans because 343 says in that terminal “The ancient enemy has struck again, why do these reclaimers (humans) continue to fight us?” and apart from the flood we were Forerunners biggest technological rivals.
I do actually believe that the Flood is the ancient enemy that the Forerunners are talking about.
It’s just a theory but don’t you think that thing at the end of the Concept art trailer could be the Didact’s War Sphinx?
