The flood just has to return now. Based off my old post here, and the new Crimson Map Pack, I believe the flood will return in the Spartan Ops story line and in the campaign for Halo 5. First, read the old post to see what I thought of just based off what was in Halo 4 when it came out. Then, the map description for Wreckage says “One of the many attempts to contain the Flood, Line installations were designed to viviously force down any ships within range.” Maybe you have to go here to see a ship that was shot down containing the flood. What are your thoughts? Do you think something like this will happen? Do you want to see the flood return? Post below:

very interesting. it’s going to be scary seeing them return. imagining myself getting lost in a maze with them chasing me and a scary theme music starts playing.
Just because the map has a mention of the Flood doesn’t mean they’ll be coming back any time soon. It’s just a map, it doesn’t mean Harvest is going to be coming back because we have a map there before everything went down…
the wreakage discption is actually a refrence to the halo comic blood line. Go check it out.
I doubt they’ll have new AI.
Just take an SO Elite and reskin it. New Flood. Aggressive, charging at palyers, spamming power weapons. Voila. 
But if they do have new AI, MARVELOUS!
I hope so, killing the flood with new weapons would be awesome.
to be fair, if the forerunners and ancient humans couldnt hold back, let alone beat the flood after thousands of years of warfare,
how could just one inferior (technologically speaking) soldier destroy their entire species within a year upon discovery?
