You have to realize that Halo 4’s MM is aboard the UNSC Infinity which means its all a simulation/training

When?
I highly believe the Flood will be in Halo 4’s Campaign (on the last level) because the Didact was on Installation 07, then ended up on Requiem. In the main menu, there’s Requiem and a Halo. I’m assuming that Halo is Installation 07, which is Flood infested haven.
And I’m hoping I’m right. It’s been 5 years (if you don’t Halo Wars) without fighting them. They’re my favorite character/enemy in Halo. I miss them. I want to fight them again.
