What?
Not sure what this means but from the title, I’m sure the flood might appear to some capacity for the sake of nostalgia since 343 is taking a more traditional route with Halo Infinite. As for the Precursors (outside their flood form), no telling but I’m suspicious with that Harbinger creature who was mentioned in the past. Plus, considering the insane history on Installation 07 involving the Precursors, it would be a shame to have them or their flood form absent.
I think he mean that he thinks that the Flood is hidden on Zeta Halo (maybe? he wrote this topic on the Infinite forum so I assume that’s the case) and that the Precursors are waiting (strange to say as they’re all extinct, well to my knowledge, I mostly stick to the games for lore and know some extended universe stuff because I watched some videos)

well we know Zeta Halo has been damaged so its possible flood samples could’ve escaped(as its happened on almost every halo so far) & also for those that aren’t up to date with the lore it won’t be the precursors because something else has happened that would make this theory highly unlikely in Kelly gay new Halo Novel Point of Light.
for those that want the spoiler of the novel here you go:
the Librarian had a secret plan to reseed the precursors which went awry when Halo Fired. The plan is then Picked up again by Spark & Rhiannon Forge and is supposedly successful in reseeding them outside our galaxy.
That’s right, this comic: Halo Nivel Point of Light. Show so much, even Halo Shadows of Reach.
But, Atriox, he is a realy great enemy for Master Chief
There are Flood specimens on Zeta Halo like all the Halo installations. I would not count on the Precursors having a major presence outside of, perhaps, referring to the Primordial in a terminal or intel as an Easter egg.
As for Point of Light…
The way that book ends implies any major Precursor presence is going to be way down the line and likely not anytime soon.
I am still hoping that the Flood will come back in the upcoming Halo Infinite. It’s been a very long time since the Flood appeared in a Halo video game.
