Promethean Vision was announced 3 months before BO2’s XRay Scope, just to let you know. But that doesn’t even matter then because PV has been in Halo 4 waaay before E3.
I ignored everything else because I can’t take you (or anyone else that compares Halo to CoD) seriously.
