THE FLOOD ARE TOO DAMN FAST !!!

Does anyone else think the flood are just too damn quick to shoot in Flood mode ? I know its all down to the thruster pack they can choose but it literally makes the playlist not fun.

343, I think a good way to fix this would be to only let the first lets say 3/4 infected have access to AA’s (thruster pack) then after that the flood shouldnt have access to AA’s because I’ve been playing it for the past half hour and its so frustrating, trying to line your shotgun up with these 28 days later style zombies that also have thruster packs.

It used to be the infected were too under-powered and when people would get infected they would just camp so to not ruin their K/D (So I get you have tried to beed up the infected and make people want to play as them), but now the Infected/Flood are so overpowered it make’s the playlist not fun, and I’ve simply stopped playing it.

My friends that used to love Infected on Reach and 3 now just don’t bother with Flood because its so frustrating to play.

What does everyone else think ?

beef* up

Aw somebody can’t camp and pick enemies off with their Pistol/Shotgun anymore :(.

I think the flood are fine.
Now it’s actually fun to play both sides and people won’t leave the second they get infected because they have such a huge disadvantage.

No, it just cant be played, its ruined

Simple fix, 1sk pistol head shot.

And how exactly is it ruined? How dare 343i give the infected a chance! How dare 343i not allow humans to consistently get 8+ kills a round? How dare they!

Put it this way, on Reach in the weeks prior to Halo 4 there would be around 5-7 thousand in infected. On halo 4 right now nearly 3 weeks after release there’s only 8 thousand people in Flood. Lets say most of those players are the guys that were playing Infected in Reach, that means theres not many new comers that are seeing Flood as a fun option,

But you have no way to prove that those numbers are from players who liked Infection in Reach. They could simply be mostly newcomers, as well.

In any case, more people are playing the mode, that much is certain. I’d reckon this is due to the ability to do something as the Flood.

Yeah, I don’t agree with your logic at all.
The 8 thousand people who are playing flood could be 80% new people for all we know.

Cause people like you, who don’t like the new flood could and would most likely just go back to Halo: Reach’s infection.
