So on my Xbox One I can’t open “The Fall of Reach” the animated series. I got it when I pre-ordered H5. Why can’t I open it???

What do you mean that you can’t open it, do you receive some sort of error message? Just to make sure, you access the Fall of Reach through the Halo Channel app (you can get this from the app store). If you’re already trying to play it from the Halo Channel app, can you detail out a bit more what is happening?

I seriously press a on it and nothing happens

Do any of the other Halo Channel videos load at all? Might be worth trying a hard reset of your Xbox (hold in the power button for 30 seconds) and then see if the video will start after that. Could also try reinstalling the Halo Channel app
