I’ve been playing halo since 2001. Ce will always be my favorite. But h5 might be my best game so far. 2 was great. I’m not a big fan of three. I skipped reach because I had a chile. I didn’t play it until it became free Almost 5 years later shortly before mcc. 4… Well I was locked up for most of 4. I got to play it for a month while I was home but it did not get much of my attention after that. Life happend I was an adult by then and 4 just wasn’t gonna make me but another console. I met my gf and her most of her family played cod. She reminded me how fun gaming is. We bought an xb1 and mcc. Took me a year to convert her to halo which was immortal hell. Then eventual broke for another xb1 for h5. That’s two. 343 really upset me with mcc but even after that I trusted them enough to give 5 a try. Now I’m not a pro but with almost 15 years of halo I manage to keep a positive kd. Achilles… Even in Hollywood’s poor adaptation of who homer said Achilles was… He was the son of peleus. The boy trained by Chiron himself. He was a one man army. If chief was supposed to be modeled after Clint Eastwood… Wait no… If Clint Eastwood was a spartan he would have been Achilles. Some of us work 40 to 50 hours a week. I don’t have enough time to practice with a team for any real competitive posibillty… I’m a lone wolf… And Yet you ask me to find a Spartan company for Achilles armor. H6 will come out before I get all the comendations on 4 by myself. Don’t make me(us) do that. Can’t you give us a skinned version. Something. Put an arrrow in his heel for Christ’s sake. I’ve put in for h5. I even purchased a few req pass and the premium. Cmon. Throw us a bone guys. Ps. I really think the arrow would tight. An actual arrow. Spice it up. Its h5. It needs to look like an arrow tho. Thank you for consideration.
This armour is specifically for people that grind and want to show that off, the simple fact that you can’t means you shouldn’t have the armour.
Having armour with extreme requirements is a good thing, and atleast creates more diversity in armour in the game.

Just got to join a spartan company, find one with lots of member. It will go lots faster, and your overall experience will improve.
It is too easy to get the armor. Join a company, everything you get counts towards armor but so does everyone else in the company. It might take a while depending on what kind of company you join. It isn’t rocket science, play, kill things, get armor. So easy.

At the moment my company is at 32 members. If you do your part you are welcome to join. No one expects to finish it quickly. If we can reach 100 members it will be much smoother. We play daily and are a group of people working together for it.
Your complaint is dully noted, but I know it is a problem among the smaller Companies. This armor has always seemed within reach or beneath Companies like mine so I admit I don’t understand the feeling of armor such as this being achievable.
I agree that it will take a long time, but not undoable! It’s pretty easy to surf and find a Company. We’re weeding out inactives and have people playing regularly, so feel free to apply to ours! We have a good bit up to 2/5 and our working on getting some up into 3. It’ll be a long haul, but much faster together.
While unfortunate, this seems to be the only way for them to create something exclusive and hard to get. I would equate it to something along the lines of the Halo 3 recon armor.
