I noticed that the sound of the enemy at the end of the Campaign trailer sounded VERY Similar to the one in the 3rd terminal of Halo: CEA (Truth and Reconciliation),

I think he means the e3 demo where at the end someone says I have long dreamed of this day reclaimer has the same voice actor as the covi ai in terminal 3 in cea.

The voice in the 3rd terminal is the onboard AI for the truth and reconciliation. The ship along with the AI was obliterated when MC blew up installation 04. I can assure you there is no correlation between the two.
