Not many people have wondered what exactly is going to happen at the end of this Saga (or maybe you have). I personally think this is going to end 1 of 2 ways. One is that we will get a bittersweet ending for the chief in a final desperate attempt to save humanity with cortana once more (basically halo 3). Or we are going to have the halo rings fire and the cycle will begin as it always has. Leave your thoughts and theories below.
It’s hard to theorize what would satisfy me, since I’d rather it not end at all. Even if Chief dies (knock on wood), the universe needn’t stop.
Unless of course it ends with the rings firing. But I kind of feel like that’d be a bit of a cop out? I mean all of the plot of the previous games would have all been for nothing.
