I was just wondering, is the embargo still on, and if so, when’s it getting lifted?

The Media Embargo. Basically when the Embargo is over the Media can talk about what 343 has shown them. An Embargo is essentially a time when companies show the media a specific product to promote and talk about.

Well, as long as it’s been officially released, I don’t see anything wrong. But if it hasn’t been officially released, then we potentially run into a few problems, generally it doesn’t end well…

There could be an embargo of some kind, but I have not been informed of any. Though I would go with what I said before, if it’s been officially released, you’ll be fine. If not, well, things can get kinda messy…

Yes, there is an Embargo working now. I’m PRETTY sure it was confirmed to lift for the end of the Month, but ehi! We will get some new info today from Spike TV.

343 has multiple events leading up to release and they all have seperate timelines.

The media event that happened in UK that Flawless Cowboy was at is slowly coming out now.

When Halo Reach came out - game reviews were released one day before game release.

This helps media flow and channel information across select avenues.
