The dying competitive playlists

I’ve seen a number of folks sharing the problem with me of not being able to find any matches in the competitive playlists.

For those of you who have found matches, which playlists were you able to find matches in? I’d like to know which ranked playlist is the most populated.

Halo 3 team slayer is the safest bet. I haven’t found a H4 squad slayer match in a few weeks now, keep in mind I search in a party of 3. You will have the best odds searching solo.

Having similar problem at moment. Noticed I could get into 1 game a few days ago in Halo 4 ranked then after that I’ve not been able to get into a single game all for the last few days. Was able to get into a few matchs of invasion but after a while that is now seemingly dead too.

I hardly ever search competitive because of how hard it is to find matches. I think I consistently find matches most easily in Invasion, but lately even that has become more difficult to find people in.

Competitive playlists in general seem to be the first ones to die in a halo game.

Certainly seems that way. I really wish 343i would get their population back up in MCC somehow. Makes it harder to win challenges when games like Invasion are unbalanced mess while Halo 4 has awful long wait times.

Yeah - unfortunately I pretty much only go for the PvE challenges every week now.

It’d be nice if the challenge system could be updated to a PvE or PvP requirement per challenge - so you could get the normal 12 points each week however you want.

Wouldn’t solve the population problem at all (and would likely hurt it further), but it would return the rate of Season Point accrual back to what it was before Infinite’s launch affected the PvP of MCC.
