…the new Arbiter, as in Master Chief’s battle buddy and uneasy ally to combat the Master Builder who may or may not be being manipulated by Mendicant Bias and/or the Precursors and The Timeless One. The Precursors will eventually be revealed as the true enemy, as the wizards behind the curtain, and the ones whom originally unleashed the Flood spores in glass jars from beyond the galaxy that infected humans’ pets. Chief and The Didact will fight at first, but The Librarian will bring them together. Expect playable Didact levels in Halo 5. Discuss.
I don’t like it.
Me too.
I couldn’t help at laugh at this but it’s completely plausible.
GENIUS! 343 should hire to you write Halo 5!
Mendicant Bias seeks redemption now, and has seen the error in his ways according to the Halo 3 terminals. I do agree that The Precursors are the Ancient Evil, though.
But I like the old Arbiter…
And the Didact is something like twelve feet tall unless something happened to him. Well as Bornstellar he may be a bit shorter but he’s still probably larger then the Chief and possesses an essentially human posture which could present a few issues.
Plus I like the old Arbiter better.
Agreed. I’m hoping he makes a cameo somewhere along the lines. Not saying that I want to play as him again or that he even needs to come to Requiem and tag along with Chief, but I’m sure he can factor in somewhere, especially after his ‘Were it so easy’ (to kill John) at the end of 3. If there’s anyone else I’d want to play as I think Cortana could use some ‘Rampancy Defense’ mini games.

And if they asked me to I would politely decline for a multitude of reasons, the least of which being that I don’t want any playable Didact levels in Halo 5.
