Said armor above should of been the last thing you get when you master your specializations, along with the emblems.
Would have been very cool to have too and it would seem like it would be possible too.

It would of been cool. But armor was meant to be possible to get.(in a canon sence)
The Diadacts armor was a one off. Meaning that is would be hard for the UNSC or other groups to find. Even harder to recreate. Even finding forerunner armor would be hard. And I dont think that ONI would want them used in combat, and more used for testing for better armor.

Think flaming helmets from past Halo games. Something along the lines of that doesn’t necessarily have to make sense from a fictional standpoint.
