is doing the same thing over and over again expecting to get different results.
I’ve read numerous posts of everyone who thinks multiplayer is screwed up. The Boltshot, DMR, and Camo are OP the maps suck.
I’ll be the first to confess at yelling at my tv “NOOB” when I get killed by the boltshot. I may rage for a few seconds, but then I hop right back in the action. Isn’t the point of games to adapt, and find new ways of improving?
It’s awesome throwing a grenade right around the corner and blowing up the noob that just killed you with the boltshot. It’s amazing sneaking up on a guy using active camo and assassinating.
Stop complaining about the game and find ways to make it fun. If you hate getting killed by the boltshot, play big team with bigger maps. If you hate getting DMR’d, play Haven, Solace, or Adrift, or Abandon where assault rifles have a better advantage.
It seems like everyone is traumatized by having to change the way they used to play Halo. If all Halo’s were the same we’d all be sick of them and still be playing Halo 2.
The thing about the DMR is, even on maps like Abandon and Haven, assault weapons don’t have an advantage over the DMR, they just have less of a disadvantage. It still has a faster kill time, even at close ranges.
there is a hive mentality here, if we keep saying the same 10 things over and over our 343i parents will relent and give into these hostile demands. Sure the game has some flaws, but not having the patient understanding that they are trying to resolve this issues is what makes the community look like fanatic lunatics.

I agree with your statement, but at the same time I don’t think the boltshot, DMR, or camo is overpowered. If anything they’re just guns to get easy kills with. Maybe I’m just a black sheep, but once I get bored of a weapon I have to switch it up. I’m already a DMR master (commendation wise) so I switched, and am now working on the BR. I haven’t touched the DMR since. Yeah there’s going to be plenty of people who continue to use the DMR once they master it, but that’s not my problem. The fun in games is however you make it out to be.

I dont think the weapons are the problem. They made it easy to kill with these weapons so you get the commendation and move on.
The hardware issues are what I think needs addressing.

The JIP is definitely messed up. I hate getting thrown into games (especially objective ones) when my team is getting slaughtered. I have no motivation to play those games.

Forgive me if I want a game I purchased to be fun, and not to be something I have to make fun. Each playlist has been given OP or gameplay breaking items. Go to BTB? Why? They lowered the frequency of the only symetrical map because whiners didn’t want to play it, they wanted to play on Exile for the 50/50 shot at being blue team and getting the OP gauss hog. Tired of playing Exile and fighting one vehicle for 2 or 3 minutes? Go to Dominion or 4v4 and face camo kids with boltshots and wetworks.
Your post is an attempt to render other’s opinions moot, and is ironic at best. Don’t like threads about how someone feels a weapon/AA combo is OP? Go to a different thread. See how ignorant that is? It doesn’t address the problem, or get the problem addressed by 343, it just ignores it.
