I feel you. But we canāt lose hope and should adress our concerns regarding the watchdog coating.
I played a bit of Infinite the last days, just to get the Mark V Zeta helmet. Went back to Halo 5 then and man that game is running so smooth. Weapons handle exactly as I control them and the shots land where I shoot at. It is so nice.

I lost hope a while ago but Iāll still bring it up where appropriate and keep watching this. Itās funny that for most people who decide to move on, itās usually about lack of content, progression system, desync and various things like that. But Iām a person who is sold and lost on loyalty, and for me, I moved on solely because of this. If this 152 thing didnāt happen I would still be playing the game through all the problems (I stuck through all of final fantasy 14 1.0).
After feeling so betrayed from spending months of my life to get something that isnāt even what they showed and then follow that up with silence and giving out not only better skins, but near 90% duplicates of our weapons, I canāt give them any of my time. But hey, Iām having a blast in Elden Ring with over 90 hours in already.
Most people will come back to halo when they push out some content updates and season 2, but Iām not coming back until our 152 skin is fixed and they donāt give our skin away in the future. Thatās where my line is. Letās see if they can get me back, or if they even care to

fellow 152 here, they also deleted spartan companies, on top of the retcons they did for the story, and lacking weapons, maps, and armor, I now hate what 343 has done to my once favorite franchise. RIP halo.

I donāt know specifics because I donāt read into the stories outside the campaigns because itās frankly too confusing. But they (343) apparently retconned a lot of things in-between the campaigns of Halo 4 to 5 and then from 5 to Infinite. I mean, just play Halo 5 and the Infinite and youāll notice that the story has leaped forward a mile and doesnāt explain anything to do with the Banished or what happened to Cortana.

Yes, itās a shame that people who only play the games (like me) have no idea on the overall narrative as thereās no explanation in the latest game of what weāve missed in the books and comics.
But I thought retcon meant theyāve changed something that was previously canon.
Its truly disappointing to say this is wat we waited for 6 years for. Dont get me wrong i love halo and infinites potential but they r doing nothing about it.

Bro you took the words/ points right out of my mouth. Thatās exactly how I feel. It was a grind, and took a ungodly amount of playtime to accomplish, yes. We all know this, BUT itās the whole loyalty point for me too, it couldāve taken half as long, itād still be the same. Like whether a dollar, or a hundred dollars, betray me, and Iām done. Itās really sad that after 20 years, this is what got me to go to COD.
Again, same way I feel man, and to think of all the money lost from me alone, I canāt be the only one. I really wish it mattered to 343, but itās been 4 months, and nothing.
Exactly, Iām not losing hope, but I wonāt be back until something is done.
I feel sorry for the people in those Companies too, alot of people put in ALOT of work.
That isnāt the only thing not allowed

Iām still hopeful that it will be fixed. Its an easy W imo for the most passionate of their fans, who dedicated more time than the rest to their game. I really hope its addressed. Or at least mentioned.

Hope is wat we got at this point.
In a perfect world, just 1 single person on the 152 legacy reward think tank, wouldāve been required to reach 152. I guarantee the reward would NOT have been, how you say āUtter Trashā.
