But because now the xbox community is divided… this is basically only good news for pc players so they can actually find games but now xbox is split between 2 playlists of the same game type…
If they are gonna add crossplay then i personally think there should only be 1 type of 3v3 so that the population isnt split just to help out pc players…
I play at night so 2v2 already takes a bit of time to find a game… i can just imagine that wait taking even longer once they bring out a 2v2 crossplay playlist…
I totally agree with Naka #GoFullCrossplay indeed, I mostly play 2’s and I would love to go up against some PC players. I get that they’re trying new stuff that’s why we have cross play in 1’s and 3 but lets just make all playlists cross play. Also I never understood why 2’s doesn’t have cross play makes no sense to me but I don’t have any sort of data or reference to draw from.
The playlst should be as follows or something close to it.
The Yappening which works like team war where you can get in a match with 2’s or 3’s and is also available in customs, side not man was that an awesome game mode and fun they way they did it and got released.

2v2 x
3v3 x
blitz 1v1 x
blitz 2v2 x
blitz 3v3 x
Another side note is like events during the seasons for example, Gears of War had a mode snipers and shoties.
So there can be a mode similar to the yappening for like a weekend or a few days where you can only pick Certain leaders, leader powers or can only build certain units.
Just something different from the norm.

The game is currently in a transition phase going from system exclusivity to full crossplay. The new 1x playlist is the first dip into full crossplay by having the only 1v1 playlist be crossplay. I’m sure soon, perhaps next season, they will remove the Xbox 3v3 playlist and just keep 3v3x. They’ll surely add 2v2x and get rid of 2v2 as well. The devs are hoping to have full crossplay up and running so let’s just be patient for the time being.
Cross play on competitive playlists is a bad idea. Enjoy the unranked crossplay. It’s not opinion but fact that pc players have a huge advantage over console players. On micromanagement, multitasking, map monitoring etc.
a pc player can just click to instantly get to a given position on map. While the console player has a quick button that is not always reliable. Same thing with swapping bases takes a lot longer to scroll and with shortcuts your like 4-5+ button presses away from getting to base you may be wanting.
Not to to mention it is much easier to split troops on pc and micromanage all around the entire map. I am completely against this.

I’ve heard that many PC players actually use a controller because it is just easier than KB+M, especially when trying to drop LP’s.
but I do agree, all those things are much easer on a PC using KB+M, and would provide an advantage; however I believe uniting the community is more important.
