btw ive used a controller for 6 years lol. Ive been playing for a while. Ur just really bad at understanding anyone. Tell me what does ultra fast turning speed makes u do? U miss a lot… It literally has nothing to do with aim. Thats y ur such a moron.

If you miss a lot because your sensitivity is too high…maybe turn it down? The setting exists for both controller and MnK.

pad just broken and its a waste of time high level onyx to play vs pad kids u lose every fight and people will just quit this game because of it. its really hard work to kill some1 when on mnk

tbh any1 here below onyx don’t understand the pad to mnk i just read loads of comments on here i played on both and pad is to broken so simple it just annoys the hell out of me that a game i love is being ruined because at high level if u don’t play pad u auto lose its so dumb

Not even remotely true. Plugged in controller for my ranked game, rusty as hell. Still went 15-10 for a slayer match.

Getting the final headshot when they’re trying to strafe like man was the EASIEST THING IN THE WORLD. Auto aim just beamed it right into them. Not to mention that BR literally has ZERO recoil anyways and the 4th body shot just gives you a free tracked headshot on controller anyways.

Lmao need to be skilled. There’s literal kids playing this game doming people on console. There’s a stupid advantage with controllers, get over it.

M&K bangs at range. A good controller player will never beat a good M&K play in a cross map fight. Controller absolutely can’t compete. At close range M&K has an insane strafe advantage. Cross play needs disabled. They force it on because they know given the option nobody would do cross play. The game has to have a good enough player population to where crossplat should be optional. It’s making me not want to play the game. Every lobby I’m in its me and my full team of controllers vs at bare minimum 2 M&K players.

Its extremly easy to kill ppl with a BR with a M&K its point and click. What about the guy running up behind you after the kill, controller cant turn fast enough to be effective what about swtching between different targets, M&K has vastly superior reaction speed. What about sniping, M&K wins. What about strafing, jumping, crouching and movement in general. M&K wins. What about all the other aspects of a shooter. You talk about one tiny thing that might be competitive between these 2 inputs a straight up 1v1 BR battle ignoring all the other huge advantages of a M&K. The best players ive seen so far on this game have been M&K players. I think we can just all agree we dont want crossplay lets get rid of it fast. These pc players driving round in F1 cars complaining about getting beat by a fiat. Just get em out of here.

Only time will tell. I’ll be extremely interested in what the HCS environment looks like in a year’s time. If it’s still controllers dominating the HCS, there’s your answer. If HCS is mainly comprised of M&K, there’s your answer.

Literally the top cross players are using controllers. You can continue to say m/kb is better but it isn’t the top players use controllers. The only advantage mouse has is sniping and weapon turrets

Honestly at first I thought it was fine, but the more I play…ya aim assist is way too strong. No matter how much I strafe and duck I can’t make people miss their shots. I’m seeing post match the stats of people having 60-70% accuracy…that’s practically impossible on any fps game on mouse let alone controllers.

The aim assist is more of a aim bot than an assist. It needs to be toned down.

Actually, 10 - 15% discrepency in accuracy in crossplay lobbies means that crossplay is more balanced than locked input.

I’ve been playing solo/duo que locked to controller only in ranked, and on average the discrepency between controller players accuracy is around 20 - 25%.

Also, as far as I know there’s no way for you to see if someone is using controller or MnK, so if you’re getting those numbers based on the accuracy you see when you enter controller input locked vs MnK input locked ranked games, then most likely the discrepency you are seeing is based on your rank. And the way ranks work means that you need to be outperforming players of similar rank to advance, so it has nothing to do with accuracy. I regularly outperform players that have 15% higher accuracy than me.

Just give us the rights to turn cross play off 343.

I think 343 has way more statistics on this than you ever will.

Honestly though, a good player is a good player and bad players are bad, regardless of controller input.

Personally, I prefer controller and I play a lot better with one. That doesn’t say anything about the balance however. I have been playing Halo with a controller for nearly 20 years, and I’m brand new to MnK.

The only games I’ve played and played well with a MnK have been Age of Empires, Need For Speed and Tony Hawk Pro Skater.

I am saying that MnK on average has 10-15 percent lower accuracy than the average controller player on average. Whatever discrepancy that exists among controller players is irrelevant.

And the fact that they are being matched to skill level makes it even funnier.
