Anyone see’s the Elite using the Plasma Pistol in Spartan Ops? I haven’t seen that since Halo 2.
On Easy, yes, I see them all the time.
I thought it was against their code of honor to use a lowly Grunt’s weapon.
Storm covvies. They employ smash and grab tactics. No supercarriers, all their soldiers are on a death wish. Course they’re poorly equipped.

Saw an Officer and a Warrior/General use plasma pistols on legendary in this weeks episode.
In this economy, even Elites are using plasma pistols.
It’s a dog-eat-dog world.
