The Content is not downloaded or installed

Hi, I have the xbox game pass ultimate for pc and I use Xbox Beta for PC and when I downloaded and launched the game, I can’t play any mode of the game (campaign, multiplayer etc.) and it appears an message like “The content is not downloaded or installed” What should I do to resolve the problem?
I tell you what I did:

  1. I downloaded the game twice
  2. I tried do download or launch it by Microsoft store or Xbox Companion App
  3. Run the game by the Start button by Windows 10 or all the options with or without administrator
  4. I sent the support request to the customer service but I didn’t received any answer

Please i need your help!
