So I just got back from my Reach achievement boosting session, got my remaining 13 achievements completed, saved the worst to last e.g. DLC. I feel so happy that I finally completed that game. Now I only need 82 Halo achievements until my collection is complete.
Anyone else feel a sense of accomplishment when completing the things you love?

I do like achievement hunting and I have 579 out of 600 of the mcc achievements and I know I’ll never complete those legitimately…I’ve completed odst,hw,halo 3,halo cea and I’m close to completing hw2,h4,and Halo reach…however I’m not paying for maps or dlc just so I can get achievements
I love achievement hunting but i dont have the time but its something i like todo and every time i get closer to getting all the achievements for a game i always feel a sense of pride, but then my friends call me a no life haha.

There have only been a handful of games I’ve had the urge to complete 100%. I do like achievements though, I prefer the ones that you have to do something significant or unique to accomplish though. Like the Phaeton one in H5, that was pretty awesome. I was stoked when I got that one; it took a little help from my friends…but sometimes that’s how I get by.

I think if one person does it in the game everyone gets it. It was a fun achievement to get.

That was the case during my run. It’s just a perfect example of teamwork, coordination, and awesome piloting skills.

Do you have that achivo where you have to walk one of the missions on foot rather than using the phaeton? I think that was on heroric difficulty. A throwback to that one achievement in Halo ce Anniversary.

If you mean ‘Going the distance’ then yes, If you mean the one from reach on winter contingency, then also yes.

They wern’t too bad to get. At least the later achievements don’t require you to do grenade jumps in order to progress through the level.
