I am thinking about getting the compete edition but I would like to know about all your opinion is it worth 60 dollars or should I wait for it to go on sale.i heard that this game has only 10 maps? but halo war 1 had atleast 20 maps which shocked me.
In my opinion it would be worth 60, but if you’re ok with waiting that’s never a bad idea.
Though there aren’t many maps the 16 leaders add a lot of diversity to the game, especially with balance getting better as of late.
Its a steal at any price my friend it has Loads of content.
It is already a bargain price. There was a long thread about how unfair it was that this came out at this price point when others have already paid for the season pass with the game. This includes all season pass material plus ATN if I am not mistaken. Quite a good deal already even at $60. I would recommend buying it if you enjoy Halo Wars 1 or RTS games. It is a good console RTS game. Not so much for the PC unless you really want a RTS in the Halo Universe.
It’s a steal at $60. By all means, you can always wait, but in terms of value for content, it’s a great price as is.

Halo Wars 1 had more maps but you can play 95% of the Halo Wars 2 maps in all modes. In Halo Wars 1 you could not play 1v1 maps in 2v2 or 3v3, but in Halo Wars 2 all maps are accessible in all modes (except for Sentry, Badlands, and Mirage. Those maps can not be played 3v3)
Plus, Halo Wars 2 has 16 leaders compared to the 6 in Halo Wars 1.

Grab it while you can! Cause I’d give a good bit to have been able to get all the stuff I got, at the price you’re getting it!
The complete edition isn’t worth it, they are just going to release another version that includes something that the complete edition doesn’t include.

ATN was actually GOOD. I found the launch campaign to be bad but the ?!SomeSpear!?, hated it too bad I can’t remember, was a waste and was not even worth it as free content.
