The community should take over after Infinite

Since 343 has stated that Seasons will be discontinued after season 8 for focus on Infinite
There is still plenty this game could have updated they told us more then what they could deliver

Examples

-No Increased File Size Limits from 50
-No New Forge Items
-Sandbox Custom maps are broken because Guardians can’t be disabled
-No New Campaign Skulls as said they Would do
-Custom Browser still needs Halo 2, Halo 2 A and Halo 4
-looks like everyone’s fileshares got deleted after prepping people before Halo Reach for the File Migration, Sigh now I have no Maps for a server
-Halo Reach Elite Customization isint implemented
-If Season content is finished what does this mean for the exchange

I know there will still be updates for MCC but for ongoing support for the fans I think it’s time the community creates updates

Not Long ago Valve launched a new update for 2009 Left 4 Dead 2 which was created from the community adding new Weapons, bug fixes, and a new campaign and survival maps

343 should create a similar program instead of only taking feedback because this game feels Dead to me again because I’m crushed so many new features they talked about still aren’t here before infinite And 343 is ready to Drop MCC for the new when there is still work to be done. They should leave it to the fans of this game to create new content and 343 can give it the ok, it would save them the hassle and allow true fans to implement what 343 continues to neglect

Take a page from Valve because you guys couldn’t even work on a time period and talked much about what you wanted to do in updates but never came to fruition

Well I appreciate the hard work, nobody asked for Campaign Moa Collectibles for challenges maybe you should’ve added new Skulls or elite customization like you said

Sometimes your idea’s aren’t what fans want or expect. way to cap off a journey of MCC taking everyone’s maps away when PC File Share came up after porting old 360 maps to the game

PS PC players can manually add maps into the folder surpassing the file limit Xbox deserves an increase over 50, they also get molded maps with new content well we get some gametypes but also features then never came to be

I like the idea for when MCC truly reaches end of support, but 343 still has another year to crank out the updates you have mentioned.

Season 8 may be the final season but 343i are going to be supporting MCC throughout 2022 - there is plenty of time for them to be still updating and fixing the game. In fact they even said they would in the very same blog post where they announced season 8 would be the last season…

Let’s let 343i do their job for now before making a huge list of demands and wishes for what they should have done.

Exactly I was talking New content as well tho made a note understanding more things could come but if the community could make new Armors and weapons through mod tools they should allow future seasons without expense of ther resources using the community who are passionate for it
